本研究室致力於臨床與基礎的相關研究。在基礎研究方面,主要探討類黃酮化合物或中草藥抑制癌症轉移的相關機制。而在臨床方面,主要探討口腔癌及肝癌其癌症轉移相關基因之分子標記及基因多型性之研究

本研究主題包含:

  1. 細胞質中碳酸酐異構酶在口腔癌致癌過程的表現及其調控轉移相關因子的機制探討
  2. Lipocalin-2在口腔癌致癌過程的表現及其調控缺氧相關因子的機制探討
  3. 碳酸酐異構酶IX, XII 在口腔黏膜下纖維化及口腔癌的表現

  1. 研究方向:本研究室的研究方向,主要是臨床與基礎的相關研究。在基礎研究方面,主要探討類黃酮化合物或中草藥抑制癌症轉移的相關機制。而在臨床方面,主要探討口腔癌及肝癌其癌症轉移相關基因之分子標記及基因多型性之研究方面,說明如下:
