研究室簡介:
1.
本研究主題包含:

(1) 松杉靈芝免疫調節蛋白誘發肺癌細胞自體吞噬及開發肺癌輔助療法應用之機轉探討

(2) 探討重金屬氯化鎳誘發肺上皮細胞株上皮-間質相互轉換表現機制及開發反轉機轉與減緩肺癌惡化之關係

(3) 探討金針菇免疫調節蛋白減緩卵白蛋白及IL-17誘發具抗類固醇的慢性氣喘之嗜中性球發炎及其氣道重組機轉

(4) 探討肺癌麩胱甘肽轉移酶GST-M2基因表現與肺部發炎之調控

(5) nm23-H1及其下游基因lipocalin 2於子宮頸癌上皮間質型轉換之角色和轉移潛力及臨床病理因子之關係

2. 研究方向:本研究室的研究方向,主要是方面,說明如下:

(1) 探討真菌類免疫調節蛋白抗癌與減緩過敏性免疫反應相關機轉

(2) 探討重金屬誘發肺癌發生之機轉

(3) 探討解毒酵素GST-M2與肺癌形成之相關機轉
